We will have an exciting year full of photographic opportunities planned for 2011.
When we take a trip that calls for carpooling or vanpooling, we will meet behind the Cultural Arts Center, 8652 Campbellton Street, at the specified time. You should make your own arrangement.
Check back a couple of days prior to event for any changes or updates. Please keep in mind some plans are subject to change with little notice due to weather, cancellations, and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Saturday, all day, May 14th beginning at 11 a.m. TASTE OF DOUGLASVILLE ARTS: Food & Fun, Outdoor Arts Exhibition, Crafts, Kids Korner & Entertainment, O’Neal Plaza in Historic Downtown Douglasville. Free and open to the public. The Sweetwater Camera Club will have a booth—in fact, quite a large booth where we will be photographing visitors to the TASTE event. Proceeds will go to support the Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/Douglas County. We will need volunteers to make pictures, print pictures, handle the portrait sittings and especially to reach out to people in the crowds and suggest that they have their portraits made. |
