Our next field trip will include the Douglasville Taste for the Arts festival. It will be loosely organized to include any images you want to make during the downtown Douglasville festival taking place on May 17^th.  This field trip will coincide with some additional Sweetwater Camera Club activities for the Taste For Douglasville Arts, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at O’Neil Plaza in downtown Douglasville. On Saturday, June 7^th, our field trip will once again be in Douglasville at the Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any photos made by SCC members during these two events will qualify to be entered into the Field Trip contest which will be judged at the June meeting on Thursday evening, June 12^th. There is a garden tour organized for the Hydrangea festival. The tickets to the gardens are $25 per person.
